Get a New Smile in One Visit with Teeth in a Day

Dental implants are an excellent method of tooth replacement and smile restoration, and Teeth in a Day is a vast improvement upon the traditional implanting method. The process for a regular dental implant can require a lengthy waiting period of anywhere between three and twelve months to complete treatment. Not to mention the multiple visits to the dentist in that period of time.

But with Teeth in a Day, a real, usable tooth is placed on the same day as the implant.

Losing the use of even one tooth can cause interruptions in everyday life, from the way you eat to being able to speak without worry — especially for those who have lost a front tooth. One common complaint among patients missing a tooth is feeling the need to cover their mouth when smiling or laughing. Missing a tooth undoubtedly decreases self-confidence in social situations. Regular dental implants will have you go months, even a year before your smile is restored, but with Teeth in a Day, you can have a dazzling, full smile in just one appointment.

How does Teeth in a Day work?

Teeth in a Day, also known as immediate loading implants, is a system that involves the placement of a fully functional restoration on the same day as implant placement. The restoration is the part of the implant that is visible, usually a dental crown.

The dentist will first administer anesthesia to the patient. Once the patient is properly sedated, the oral surgeon will then begin the procedure. A titanium post (this part of the implant acts as the tooth root) is inserted precisely into the gap left by the missing tooth. After the post has been placed and it has achieved sufficient stability within the bone, the crown is placed on top. This crown is only temporary, but it works like the permanent restoration. Just like that, the patient walks out with a fully functional tooth and a beautiful, new smile

Once the custom crown is ready for placement, you will go back for a second appointment. The temporary crown is removed and the personalized crown is permanently fixed to the implant.

This system was developed as a response to the patient need for faster treatment times. Having to wait between implant time and aesthetic restoration is no longer an issue with Teeth in a Day.

Your smile, completed

Cosmetic dentists and patients alike appreciate the quickness of Teeth in a Day, as this one-stage process is straightforward and predictable with a high success rate. If the patient has enough natural bone in the jaw for placement, the success rate is 97 percent.

Teeth in a Day eliminates waiting times to let you show off your new smile as soon as you have your tooth replaced. Teeth in a Day appear exceedingly natural compared to other tooth replacement methods, seamlessly completing your smile in just one sitting.
